Refund policy

Important information:

• No booking is confirmed without a non-refundable retainer and contract.
• We charge for all incurred parking & travel expenses.
• Travel fees are applied outside of Edmonton City Limits. 
• *Retainers are all non-refundable, though if it is canceled due to covid, the retainer may be transferred to another date.
• To book with Isaac, we will first confirm availability, then we will discuss what you are looking for and go from there!
